Ultra-Shear Replacement Carbide Inserts

The carbide inserts provide replacement cutters for Ultra-Shear Carbide Insert Router Bits. Rather than replacing the entire router bit when the cutting edges become worn, these inserts allow you to restore cutting performance by installing fresh carbide cutters.

Each insert is manufactured with four usable cutting edges. When one edge becomes dull, the insert can be rotated to expose a new cutting edge, extending the service life of the insert before replacement is required. This design helps maintain consistent quality while reducing downtime associated with sharpening or replacing complete router bits.

Choose from a 1-pack or 3-pack package. Keeping a spare set in the shop ensures replacement cutters are available when needed.
