Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Woodpckers. Please review the details below regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: Some products have an additional production or lead time before they ship, due to being made or finished to order. If a product has a lead time, it will be noted on the product page. Estimated ship dates account for this lead time in addition to standard processing.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight/dimensions of your order and your delivery address.
Estimated delivery times after an order ships:

International Shipping
We're happy to ship internationally. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package details.
Please note the following for international orders:
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, and are not guaranteed.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if it appears to be lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us at mailroom@woodpeck.com with your order number so we can help resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at mailroom@woodpeck.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
