Ultra-Shear's 80-Tooth Miter Saw Blades use a specific tooth geometry and stringent grinding tolerance to deliver the cleanest possible crosscuts and miters on your standard or sliding-compound miter saw. Four alternate top bevel teeth followed by a raker slice fibers cleanly and evacuate the shavings from the kerf efficiently. The negative hook angle virtually eliminates self-feeding on plunge cuts and minimizes bottom tear-out. This is the ideal tooth configuration for modern sliding compound miter saws, pivoting miter saws and radial arm saws. We make the 80-Tooth Miter Saw Blades in three sizes; 10" with 5/8" arbor, 12" with 1" arbor and 260mm with 30mm arbor for the Festool Kapex. The 10" and 12" blades have a 1/8" (.125") kerf with -5° negative hook. The 260mm Kapex blade has a 2.5mm kerf and -2° negative hook.

We also have a 36-Tooth 260mm Kapex blade with a 2.5mm kerf engineered for cutting heavy lumber.
