Ultra-Shear 3/16" Solid Carbide Micro-Bearing Spiral Flush Trim Bits are designed for fine pattern routing and flush trimming in small details, toys, gift items, and other work where standard flush trim bits may not reach tight inside corners. At 3/16" diameter, the bits use paired ball bearing pilots instead of a single bearing or brass bushing, giving the bearing more contact with plywood, MDF, or other shop-made patterns while following intricate shapes. The spiral cutting geometry slices wood fibers and directs chips away from the cutting area. Woodpeckers offers three 1/4" shank, 2-flute up-cut versions with 3/8", 9/16", and 3/4" cut lengths, each with a 2-1/2" overall length, plus a 3-piece set that includes all three cut lengths.
