StealthStop Miter Gauge & Sled - Zero Clearance Blocks

Woodpeckers StealthStop Zero Clearance Blocks are replacement sacrificial fence inserts made for the StealthStop Miter Gauge & Sled. Installed directly onto the fence, these blocks create a close-clearance support area around the blade path to help improve workpiece backing during cuts.

Using zero clearance support can help reduce chip-out and tear-out when cutting plywood, veneered panels, hardwoods, and other sheet or solid stock materials. The sacrificial design also helps maintain cleaner cut edges while supporting more accurate and repeatable work on the StealthStop Miter Sled.

These blocks are intended as replacement components for existing StealthStop Miter Gauge & Sled owners or as additional inserts for dedicated cutting setups. Keeping multiple zero clearance blocks on hand allows users to swap inserts as kerfs widen over time or when configuring the sled for different blade setups and cutting operations.

Designed specifically for compatibility with the Woodpeckers StealthStop Miter Gauge & Sled system, these blocks are not intended for standalone use or universal sled applications.
