RackBit Router Bit Storage System

You can take the bit base completely out of the rack when you’re getting ready for a router cut. It will keep your bit upright on your bench while you get your router ready… no nicked-up work surfaces or chipped-up router bits. The unique geometry of the base uses two levels and spring tension to securely grip both 1/4" and 1/2" shanks. You don’t have to guess how many of what size you need, because it takes care of both.

Whatever space you have and however many router bits you need to store, with three different rack sizes there’s always one to match. The rack is engineered to hold the bases securely. But, with a simple tilt forward they come out or go back in effortlessly. 

The 18" rack holds 12, and the 27" holds 18. Line them up like soldiers or group them by task…whatever makes your personal work flow more efficient. We laser cut the racks from 18-gauge steel, form them on a CNC press break and then give them a tough, attractive powder-coat finish. The bit bases are injection-molded from resilient ABS plastic. Altogether, it’s a system that will last most woodworkers a lifetime.
