Curly Soft Maple 6.5 Board Foot Project Lumber Packs provide figured Soft Maple stock for woodworking projects where the wood’s natural curl can become a visual feature. Soft Maple is less dense than Hard Maple while offering a similar grain and figure. Its sapwood is considerably wider than Hard Maple sapwood, and its heartwood is lighter in color.
Each pack contains a minimum of five boards and a total of 6.5 board feet. Individual boards range from 3 to 6 inches wide and from 3 to 4 feet long. All boards are surfaced to 15/16 inch. Because wood is a natural material, individual pieces may vary, and movement, shrinkage, or expansion can affect dimensions. The listed dimensions are within +/-1/8 inch, so each piece should be measured before use. Due to international shipping restrictions, these lumber packs ship within the U.S. only.
