Most turning projects start by finding center on at least one end of the work piece. One of the easiest ways to accomplish that is with a center finder. Woodpeckers uniquely designed and constructed center finder is ideal for this task. In seconds you'll know exactly where the dead center of your work piece is at. It works equally well on round or square stock and it's stainless steel construction makes in virtually indestructable and compatible with any marking device including sharp pencils or knives.
Woodpeckers Center Finders are available in two sizes, the Full size for turning blanks up to 8" in diameter and the smaller Pen size Center Finder for pen blanks, pepper mills, and most objects up to 2" in diameter.
