StealthStop Miter Gauge Fence

Works with Almost Any Miter Gauge for Almost Any Saw!

We launched StealthStop over a year ago as a fence and stop system to build into your miter saw station. A few of us were brainstorming in the shop one afternoon and realized the miter station isn’t the only place StealthStops can come in handy. A few minutes later we had a StealthStop track attached to our SawStop miter gauge using nothing more than two track nuts and a couple machine screws. The next day we found it just as easy to install on a Powermatic miter gauge. 

For just about every other miter gauge ever made…new or old, big or little…a simple plywood interface is all you need. Drill a pair of holes to attach the plywood to your miter gauge and another pair to attach the StealthStop track and you’re good to go. You’ll have better support for your material and a pair of flip stops you can use over the entire length of the back fence. 

StealthStops speed up your work and improve the consistency of your crosscuts by using a physical stop to make repetitive cuts. The low-profile stops are completely out of the way when not needed, but flip out into action instantly. You can dial in their exact position with the built-in micro-adjuster. With their side-swinging design, they work just as efficiently on sharp mitered ends as they do on square cuts. 

To support your material all the way through the cut, you can add a sacrificial end block to the StealthStop track. They’re available in 3-packs or you can make them yourself. Just add them to the end of the fence and eliminate backside chip out. 

The StealthStop Miter Gauge Fence comes with a 29" extruded aluminum fence, 2 StealthStops, an UHMW strip to prevent contact between the fence and your table saw surface, hardware to attach the fence to either your miter gauge or an interface and a hex key with on-board storage in the fence. If you need more than 2 StealthStops, they’re available in pairs.
