When We Say “Quick-Jig”, We Mean Really Quick. Woodpecker’s latest OneTIME Tool is so quick and easy to use you don’t even need a clamp, nail or screw to use it. Just select your radius, index the registration edges onto your workpiece, and use a bearing-piloted pattern bit to cut your stock to match the jig. Designed for safe use on a router table, you can literally hold the jig in perfect position with one hand while you guide your work along with the other. There are gentle curves at the beginning and end of each pattern for smooth lead in and exit of your cuts…no annoying start and stop marks that require extra sanding.

Get A Perfect Radius Every Time.  With radii from 1/8” to 1-1/2” in 1/8” increments, you can forget searching through your collection of paint cans and jelly jars to find the curve that fits your project. You can easily “eye-ball” the finished look by simply dropping the different jigs in place. Each Radius Quick-Jig is meticulously machined to exacting tolerances from aircraft grade aluminum, anodized for surface protection and laser engraved with each radius clearly marked.
