Woodpeckers Miter Gauge Setup Blocks
These setup blocks don't come out of a mold. We machine each one from solid phenolic using state-of-the-art CNC milling centers. And the fit on any miter bar nominally 3/8" x 3/4" is ensured by our patented leaf spring system. Whether your miter bar is over-sized, under-sized or spot-on, the leaf spring adjusts instantly to keep it perfectly aligned with the setup block.
By using 2-point contact, it's easy to see when the fence is correctly positioned. And the blocks have both right and left facing settings, so you can always align your miter gauge for the cut you need, whether you're cutting square material, picture frame molding, architectural trim, segments for bowl turning or any other mitered project.
Pair the Miter Gauge Setup Blocks with a StealthStop Miter Gauge Fence and you have both the proper angle and precise control of workpiece length…all on the miter gauge you already have. With or without the StealthStop, there's no faster or more accurate way to get your miter gauge head instantly located to the angle you need than the Miter Gauge Setup Blocks.
Like all Woodpeckers products, the Miter Gauge Setup Blocks are precisely machined and carefully inspected in our Strongsville, Ohio, facility (just south of Cleveland).
