Most guitar woods are dense and attractive. Just because they aren’t perfect doesn’t mean they can’t find a home in most woodworkers’ shops. Some of these boards are solid wood, and others are glued up. You won’t be disappointed. We have Knotty Pine, Swamp Ash, Black Limba, Poplar, and Honduran Mahogany.

Woodpeckers Premium DIY Guitar Body Blank Seconds are intended for makers building custom guitars or other specialty woodworking projects that require larger solid wood blanks. These boards are sold as “seconds,” and may include cosmetic imperfections, grain inconsistencies, color variation, or other visual defects that prevent them from being classified as first-quality stock.

We offers multiple species selections, allowing you to choose wood types suited to different visual styles and project requirements. Because the blanks are oversized for guitar body work, they can also be used for custom templates, CNC machining projects, shop fixtures, or decorative woodworking applications where the imperfections are either acceptable or can be worked around during layout and cutting.
