Exact Width Dado Jig Replacement Parts

The Woodpeckers Exact Width Dado Jig Replacement Parts sets include replacement PVC edge guides and replacement zero clearance blocks made specifically for use with the Woodpeckers Exact Width Dado Jig.

The replacement PVC edge guides are replaceable guides used to establish the exact cutting lines for routing dadoes. Replacing worn or previously trimmed guides helps maintain accurate alignment when changing router bit and guide bushing combinations. Fresh guides help preserve the jig’s ability to create dadoes sized to match the actual material thickness being used.

The replacement zero clearance blocks mount at each end of the jig to help reduce splintering and tear-out as the router enters and exits the cut. Replacing worn blocks helps maintain cleaner cut quality and more consistent routing results across cabinetry, shelving, and furniture projects.

Both replacement component sets are compatible only with the Woodpeckers Exact Width Dado Jig, and each set includes 3 pairs of replacement parts.
