When We Say “Quick-Jig” We Mean Really Quick

Woodpeckers Chamfer and Radius Quick Jigs are so quick and easy to use you don’t even need a clamp or fastener to use them. Just select the corner profile you want, locate the shoulders of the jig onto the workpiece, and use a bearing-piloted flush trim bit to create your perfect corner. Designed for safe use on a router table, you just hold the jig in perfect position with one hand while you advance the workpiece with the other. Gentle curves at the beginning and end of each pattern lead the router bit in and out of the cuts.

Get A Perfect Corner Every Time.  With radii from 1/8” to 1-1/2” in 1/8” increments and chamfers from 1/4" to 1-1/2" in 1/4" increments, you can forget searching through your collection of paint cans and jelly jars to find the corner that fits your project. You can easily “eye-ball” the finished look by simply dropping the different jigs in place. Each Quick-Jig is meticulously machined to exacting tolerances from aircraft grade aluminum, anodized for surface protection and laser engraved with each radius clearly marked. 

Each jig has two profiles. There are 6 radius jigs and 3 chamfer jigs. The complete set comes with all radius jigs, all chamfer jigs and Rack-It.
