Put a tip-bearing flush-trim bit in your router table and hand-hold your workpiece and the Corner Jig. There’s a hand grip machined into the body to make it easy to keep the jig tight on the corner of your work. Either on the router table or with a hand-held router, you’ll machine a perfect corner every time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThe interchangeable templates\u003c\/strong\u003e come in both radius and chamfer styles, with radii from 1\/8\" to 1-1\/2\" in eighth-inch increments and chamfers from 1\/4\" to 1-1\/2\" in quarter-inch increments. The eighteen different templates are machined to exacting tolerances. Each one aligns perfectly on the base with three stainless steel screws. Indexing blocks on the bottom of the base align the jig to the corner of your workpiece.
